We provide POSH investigation reports, annual returns, and serve as external members of Internal Committees (ICs) constituted by business houses.
Media Research Academy was founded by R.K. Raina, a management graduate and law student with over 24 years of experience. Over the years, he has established himself as an anchor, scriptwriter, content creator, co-producer, trainer, and certified POSH trainer. R.K. Raina actively supports Japanese managements in preventing and addressing workplace sexual harassment cases.
A firm believer in culture and character as the foundation of a strong nation, R.K. Raina is dedicated to eradicating workplace discrimination and conducts sensitization programs for employees. He trains IC members on effective investigations as required by the POSH Act 2013.
